I came to a similar conclusion but went into the opposite direction, became more specialized. Stopped trying to implement CMSs, stopped selling hosting and extra packages and worked with other local companies who do that better than I do. I decided to just focus on design. I think you have a good thing going and look forward to hearing about your new direction.
