I scheme I'll release it to the public anyway. Then people can decide if it's useful or not. For now it will be purely HTML/CSS. No need for PHP or Javascript at this stage. The final will likely include every type of HTML content (lists, forms, etc.) and the stylesheet has a blank item for every single element so it can be customised.
